Refunds will only be granted in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as rain or severe weather conditions, as the court is open and play may not be possible.
Aside from weather-related interruptions, no refunds will be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, no-shows, or changes of plans.
This policy is in place as the court is reserved exclusively for your slot, preventing other clients from booking during that time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
